We will start our adventure at the far end of the General Store Parking lot at 10:00am on Friday. Bring your FRS radio, where we are going there ain't no cell reception. We are going to head out the back door of Fontana as we head for our first stop in Tellico Plains for some "Less expensive" gas. From there we will head down Tenn. Route 68 to the bustling metropolis of Turtletown. From there we will head back into North Carolina and lunch in Murphy. But not before taking a drive over Hiwassee Dam and then around Lake Hiwassee. After lunch in Murphy you can smooze the town or head back to Fontana at your leisure.
